Temporary Restraining Order extends 20 days

The Temporary Restraining Order issued by the Court on April 18, 2011 has expired. On April 25, 2011, Judge Panambulan Mimbisa of Branch 37 issued an extension for twenty days for the TRO pursuant to Rule 58 Section 5 of the Rules of Court including the 72 hours gone by.
